PROJECT FEATURES: 

Falcon Filed is a BZ$ 930,000.00 investment project in San Ignacio Town, Belize. IE was contracted to provide all survey, technical expertise, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary for design, construction and guarantee of project. The project is composed of the rehabilitation of basketball court surfaces, spectator stands and include consideration for provision of volleyball and storage area under bleachers, perimeter sidewalk, outdoor theatre/stage (aesthetic upgrades and small plaza), playground, construction of a roof for the basketball courts with associated lighting, additional walkways/sidewalks, toilet facilities with concession stand, design consideration only for on and off street parking, site drainage, landscaping and future lighting.
