PROJECT FEATURES:

iE was contracted to design master plan a new BZ$ 3 million pier and plaza for the town of Placencia. The design included a 350-foot pier/marina along with an upland plaza designed with a combination of sea walls, platforms and public facilities for local and tourism use. iE held public consultations and provided a full Environmental Impact Assessment, including a project operations manual outlining a sustainable source of income for community development. This project was delivered relatively on time and within budget.
