PROJECT FEATURES:
It is a BZ$15 million project. The two-story 25,000 square foot concrete/ steel combination building was designed to British Standard BS5950 with loadings to BS6399 Parts 1 and 3, for a superimposed load of 50 kg/m2, plus a service load of 10 kg/m2 and self-weight. Wind loads are to CP3 chapter V for a maximum wind speed of 72 m/s. Development of a three-acre site complete with landscaping and civil infrastructural works including but not limited to electrical and drainage systems, sidewalks, entryways, and parking facilities.
