PROJECT FEATURES:
It is an BZ$18 million project. The building was designed for office use and comprises of two sections, one of which has five-floor levels plus a roof. The building has two elevator shaft location. The building foundation is based on precast prestressed concrete piles driven to set supporting cast in place, reinforced concrete pile caps, and ground beams. The structural framing will use predesigned and prefabricated structural steelwork. Framing, roof structures, and roof cladding materials will be supplied by others. Walls will use a combination of precast concrete wall units and rendered masonry block-work.
