PROJECT FEATURES:

iE was contracted to design a new master plan for the Saca chispas area in Ambergris Caye in order to transform it into a destination for local and tourism use. The BZ$ 6 million dollar project included a Port terminal for local and international boat tenders for the town of San Pedro including the rehabilitation of the waterfront marina for local fishermen. The project also included the reclamation of land for an open field, a 1500- foot sea wall and small boating marina for local fishermen. The project now brings a surplus of revenue for San Pedro Town and the rehabilitation of local trades and fishermen. The project was completed on time and within budget.
