PROJECT FEATURES:
International Environments Ltd was contracted to provide design and build services for to rejuvenate the old Commercial Center Building located in the heart of Belize City, valued at US$1.8 million dollars. The building was designed to keep intact the colonial style of downtown Belize City; while also incorporating some modern style materials that enhances the beauty of the structure. The project consists of three floors, the second and third floors are now occupied by the new Belize City Council Headquarters. The main floor has been converted into commercial spaces with access to the riverfront and city boardwalk.
