PROJECT FEATURES:
IE has been contracted to prepare all architectural and engineering design layouts for a new office building for SIB. The design criteria includes for handicap accessibility, earthquake and hurricane protection in structure measuring approximately 14, 000 SF. IE is responsible for project and contract administration, preparing Bill of Quantities, negotiations and to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
